Recent neighborhood dogs that have been found, BUT not by their owners;

If anyone knows of someone who has a dog that fits this description please pass this along.

My husband, Chip, found a dog wandering on Millstone Landing near Ashton Mill at about 1:45 p.m. -- VERY LARGE, short haired St. Bernard looking with an electric collar but no i.d. -- sweet dog!! he/she is in our screened porch -- we have to leave in 40 min. to drive far away to our daughter's field hockey game -- unfortunately, we had to call animal control because we cannot keep a watch on the dog until the owner is found.....we have no idea when animal control will get here.....but we will leave if we have to.....please send this out to any/all of your "lists" in the neighborhood -- hopefully we can reunite sweet dog and owners!!
