Wyndham is a master planned community consisting of over 1600 single-family, town home, and condominium homes in 42 neighborhoods. Wyndham was established in 1990 and is located in one of the most desirable locations in the Richmond, Virginia metro area. The Wyndham Foundation is the homeowners association that governs Wyndham. Community amenities along with an extensive assortment of activities provide Wyndham residents an enhanced quality of life. Wyndham was recognized by the Community Associations Institute in 1997 when it was awarded the national 'Community Association of the Year'. In addition, it was recognized as the 2004 Community Partner of the Year by the Central Virginia Community Associations Institute. Wyndham is complemented by The Dominion Club. This private country club and golf course is fully located within the Wyndham community and adds to its natural beauty and green space. Numerous churches, excellent new schools, upscale shopping, proximity to exciting and varied recreational activities, and ease of access to major roadways all add value to the experience of living in Wyndham.
